Where are we shipping to?
We mainly free ship products to United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you want to ship to other countries not listed, please feel free to contact us. Local pick up is not available at present.
Our delivery time and expected arrival time
Our products in-stock will be shipped on the next business day after you place and pay your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled and shipped on next Monday. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 3 to 5 business days when they are shipping from local warehouse, 10 to 15 business days when they are shipping from central warehouse in China. The actual shipping address, holidays and different customs checking would affect postal service's schedule.
Where are we shipping from?
We have a central warehouse in Guangdong China, shipping to worldwide countries (Not available for all countries). To improve on-time delivery performance to our major customers, we have established regional warehouses in United Kingdom, United States, and Australia.
We will ship products to United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand directly from our nearest local warehouse from your shipping address by appropriate shipping method if they are in stock.
If they are out of stock, or shipping to other countries (Supported countries except United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand), we will ship them from our central warehouse in China.
Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 3 business days. PayPal eCheck must be cleared before shipping. It takes around 4 business days to clear the eCheck.
Tracking your order
You can track your order via order tracking located on the top of our site, or corresponding delivery couriers: Hermes, City Link, Royal Mail, Interlink Express.
Wrong shipping address
Please provide the complete and accurate address for shipment. Should incorrect or incomplete shipping address be provided with, resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional delivery fee if a replacement or exchange item is required.
Out of stock or haven't received your items?
If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
If you have not received your items in time, please contact us or have a check with your local Post Office. If an item is lost during delivery, we will resolve the matter in the most acceptable way to both parties concerned. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the payment and shipping procedure.
